How Vivi Cure Works

Vivi Cure gradually adjusts the environment inside an airtight container toward a 50–55% RH curing zone with ±2% accuracy.

The process is simple:

1. Place dried flower into an airtight curing container.
2. Add Vivi Cure packs and seal the container.
3. Keep the container sealed in a cool, dark location for 10 days, no burping required.
4. After 10 days, open the container and discard the used Vivi Cure pack.

Vivi Cure A/B Product Evaluation Protocol

Thank you for participating in the Vivi Cure commercial product trial. Your real-world feedback will help Boveda evaluate product performance and further refine its post-harvest solution.

This trial uses a structured A/B split-batch test to compare Vivi Cure against your facility’s current post-harvest curing process.

Trial Setup

To ensure a meaningful comparison:

• Select flower from the same harvest batch and cultivar.
• Complete your normal primary drying process before beginning the trial.
• Divide the dried flower into two comparable groups:
  • Group A – Vivi Cure: Use Vivi Cure according to the provided protocol.
  • Group B – Control: Continue using your facility’s standard curing SOP.
• Use identical containers for both groups and store them side-by-side under the same environmental conditions.
• Record baseline information in Grow World, including cultivar, harvest date, drying method/duration, batch weight, room temperature, and ambient humidity.

Vivi Cure Evaluation

Vivi Cure packs are designed for 3–12 oz (85–340 g) of flower per pack, with additional packs required for larger batches as outlined in the full testing protocol.

Participants will evaluate the Test and Control groups side-by-side at key checkpoints throughout the trial, including:

• Day 5 – Mid-Cure
• Day 10 – End of Cure
• Day 20 – Follow-Up Evaluation
• Final Packaging / Pre-Distribution

You’ll be asked to compare measurable and observable differences between the two groups, including:

• Aroma and terpene profile
• Water activity/moisture
• Visual appearance and trichome condition
• Texture and suppleness
• Workflow and labor impact

Photos and supporting lab/COA data are encouraged when available.

Important: Following the testing protocol as closely as possible is essential to producing useful A/B results. Please complete all assigned Grow World trial tasks and document your observations at each required checkpoint.
